This is a1200 sq. foot two bedroom, two bathroom , two stories house built in a remote area. It has solar collectors with battery storage and it totally off the electric grid. Darby's only complaint is that she had too much power so she sent the extra to her barn. The house is south facing passive solar, built 8' into the ground on the north side
It was built in 1997 by Larry Morgan contractor. The house is low maintenance with colored concrete floors, split face block and fireproof cement board siding on the exterior.
